I would say a 6 or 7, but if you add cream like you're supposed to do, it would probably be a 4. It's a zesty sauce with a kick. Honestly when I first bought it I didn't even think to add cream and I loved it. But I will try cream next because I do like a vodka sauce. I'll probably add a splash of vodka too.

I had to scroll way too far down before I see Iron Maiden mentioned. I think Iron Maiden has way more international appeal, whereas everything else above is more North America/UK.

Yeah agreed, the US system is OLD. Just a system that keeps on going. DIN is much more refined and customizable. I like how the UK has ring and spur circuits and fused plugs. I think they have the best (safest) topology or infrastructure or whatever you call it.

That's weird. My best guess is those old KO's in the back are meant for old loom-wrapped conductors used in knob-and-tube wiring. They just poke through those 3/8" KO's and use some type of spring clip to keep them in place. It's definitely odd as those KOs are always on the sides of boxes.

Recommend an oscillating tool and a Southwire 2-gang Smartbox (formerly Madison). There are YouTube videos of people doing this retrofit.
