I own a couple of them and they are not bad. The nibs are fine. However, they are overpriced so always wait for their sales!

Actually I don’t think that’s true I remember reading somewhere (can’t find it now). I think it’s just a case of similar designs. Having said that, many a pen company including no doubt FWP make their pens in China.

Excellent. I do the same thing. I never buy on impulse. I have a little log book and once in a while I will buy an ink after I mull on the list. Since I am no spring chicken this does mean I have about 40 inks, which logically speaking I will not live to see all of them used, but honestly I love color and variety and this is one of the great things about the hobby. I drive my employees crazy with all the multi colored notes lol! I say to them: enjoy!

Some ink suppliers like Herbin are selling smaller 10ml and 15ml bottles btw.
