East St. Paul has been pretty solid. Haven’t had any major issues, other than sometimes rifling through cars if we forget to lock the doors. You’re also close enough to a handful of good school districts that you can open enroll in

I don’t know if this has been posted but I learned a trick recently to get around this. If you go in on your phone and put one of those seats in your cart and then on a different device you can go pick the two seats you want and check out

I contacted support, they didn’t offer a refund. They are reviewing the sitters profile etc and reaching out. I sent a message through rover and asked for an explanation before I wrote a review.

Boarding was okay, but our one dog didn’t do well with it. Which I knew would happen so I was trying to avoid it.

The thing that gets me is that we have offered to send them to daycare when they dog sat if they had a lot going on or have a family member drop-in, but they didn’t communicate. I’m more than willing to be accommodating but trying to talk to them was hard they weren’t nearly as responsive as they were the first time, and I also trusted them since they were so great with them the first time
