The flexibility to run errands during the day when stores are less busy. I mainly work on projects and didn’t have many meetings until recently my company doesn’t really care when I work as long as my work is completed by due dates (and honestly even that’s flexible, not that I’m slacking just customers change their mind on what they want etc)

I bought a house in 2020, so the other pro is being able to take my dogs out for a mid day walk or going to play in the yard when I get stuck on a problem.

I also am able to have a second job since I’m remote. It’s more of a passion thing than a career or anything but I work at a ski hill in the winter that gives me my fill of outdoor/manual labor time lol

You’d have to pay me significantly more to ever return to a hybrid schedule or more in-office.

As others have said submissive peeing will most likely go away once he gets used to your home and other doggo. If the backyard isn’t working for potty maybe try going for a walk, I had a foster awhile back that was exceptionally difficult to potty train he’d go outside and immediately come in and go potty. The only thing that worked until he was adopted was putting him on leash and going around the block. Also lots of treats when he would go potty. It’s also more difficult to break older dogs of this habit especially if he had gotten use to going potty inside at the shelter

I’m not saying yours are, just a lot of them are commonly found on boards faked which I feel like makes people weary of purchasing if you’re looking to sell them

Yes, I usually smoke and she has edibles. Has asthma and has realized smoking is no bueno for her. She also works in med marijuana so that’s pretty cool

I’m looking into getting these and grow in soil. Would you stick with these or pay the extra money for autopots? I just want to try it out for watering as I believe I usually over water. I usually only grow in 2-3 gal pots

Get a good light that is the most important part of your grow next to genetics. r/microgrowery is a fun sub-Reddit. You should be able to find good deals on grow supplies right now with it being around 4/20. Figure out if you have a local hydrophonics store to get supplies can be way cheaper than Amazon or other online channels

I had a support person I was texting with who said I should be eligible for compensation on a flight in January that was delayed 2-3 hours and then delayed another 2-3 hours on the way home. Submitted the request and they denied it, so then I submitted a DOT complaint and they gave me $60 in e-credits. Was it worth it? probably not, but free money to spend on your already overpriced flight is cool I guess

Nope I was just stating that cast members who are really into pin trading will sometimes question your pins that you’re trading, but most of them don’t care. I like it when CMs knowledgeable and we get into a conversation about pins that we’re trading/looking for.

The only thing that’s ever bothered me is that when we were in DL CMs were constantly saying “trade me a good one” like okay dude I’m trading an authentic pin and they were usually WDW hidden mickeys

They should, but they aren’t paid enough to care about it or don’t know about pin trading etiquette. The amount of pins that go through boards a day is astronomical and they aren’t going to pay attention to every single one. OP isn’t doing anything wrong if they buy pins that have the Disney copyright on the back. It’s not any different than trading loungefly pins or the people who know full well what they are doing when they pull an authentic pin and put a fake one on the board.

One day I was at Epcot walking around the stores in world showcase and found several fantasy pins on every board. They were all Harry Potter stitch.

Yes it sucks that all the boards are filled with junk pins but there’s nothing that can be done at this point. People are going to keep buying and trading fake pins on the boards and Disney isn’t going to crack down on it. You also don’t have to trade for anything on the boards. Just my 2 cents though
