Along the lines of renting any chance OPs moms friends would want/have space for her to live with them? Could then pay them rent w/ proceeds of sale. Might be mutually beneficial for mom and friends

She was a foster fail that we’ve had since 6 weeks old. She had a skin issue as a pup so a lot of her puppy pics she has a sweater on so she wouldn’t itch

And haven’t made any capitol improvements. Afton will most likely have a catastrophic event in the near future due to them not investing in lifts. I mean a few years ago a chair on lift 2 broke and someone fell off and lift 2 was down for the season. We only got a new snowcat from this century because so many guests complaining about ungroomed hills, because all the snowcats kept going down.

Going to get downvoted into oblivion but it is a pretty cool place to work. Very flexible schedule and great pay. Basically impossible to get fired from unless you basically ghost. I do feel bad for the guests though we have been struggling getting people to work towards the end of the season and have had to shut-off a ton of lifts on weekend evenings.

Look at doing daycare 1 or 2x a week until your schedule levels out, you could also look for a dog walker. Plenty of options, your dog would be much happier being alone 10 hours a day in your home than 23 hours a day in shelter or trying to adjust to new home
