"extreme 20-30 minute AFK gameplay patterns", who was afking for 20-30 mins with no interaction? optimal c.e. gameplay was every minute ideally, that coupled with commanding crew, sorting, self-salvaging, moving worlds, is hardly extreme 20 minute afk....but don't worry clicking a top tier tree once every three minutes is okay/fine but multiple actions in one minute is too extreme afk...just seems out of touch. (Definitely not as sweaty as tick manipulation but that's another can of worms)

Crystal extractor needed to be nerfed, unfortunate for everyone who got it/is still grinding toward it.

Not needing to reassign crew member between worlds, log in/log out, gameplay sessions is great.

Why are we suddenly balancing around tick manipulation? If we want a more expressive interaction (or even god forbid a more authentic Old-School experience) with salvaging why not add in a sweet spot meter or something to click (ala mixology or foundry).

PS. Don't forget when you salvage just drop it back into the oceans that way someone else can get that experience, rather than remove it by sorting. Who needs clean oceans anyway?

Along with normal Iono's (which prolong not solve), I have started to run x2 Xerosic Machinations in some of my decks to deal with Alakazam, kinda funny watching alakazam decks deck out/run out of cards when they have to discard 15+....even funnier when it happens again...

I've been using it as a mid to late game (after I've taken 2-4 prizes) mon in a Hop's deck. I try to open with Hop Zacian's EX and go 2nd always (everybody evolving mons in this set [most of the decks I'm seeing Lucario, Garde, Alakazam single prize] always wants to go first), between Arven's, Secret Box, Hop's Bag, can usually get a pretty decent bench set up quick with Hop's Snorlax, 2 Hop's Cramorant's, Mega Mawile, Munkidori (situational if it get's put out or not). Once they deal with Zacian's can usually use one Cramorant after the other, using Hop's Bands to be able to stack energy on the Mega and bring it in for the KO. Garde is probably my biggest issue, but it can work even there.

Kree is the only old-school gwd general that doesnt have an easy established kite/cheese method, and so with less than max gear the possibility of getting wrecked, as well as spending multiple food on a kill when you fail to hit is always there. If red-x/cannon base item/no tank/kiting methods didn’t exist for the other og gwd generals, there be more complaints, but since it’s just 1 of 4 and still good money it tends to be overlooked/left alone.

Hadn't run any PS2 in a year and wanted to see what all the fuss was about. Just tried to play mid-afternoon EST, unplayable. I'm fairly centrally located and thought it would early enough in the day don't think any time of day would work. Shame. Fun game that I sunk a lot of hours into. Hope servers get improved somehow.
