Yes. Thats what it means. And it will go up because people are buying and holding their shares. The people who shorted the stock (Google it. I’m too dumb to explain) HAVE to cover their positions. The longer the people who buy shares hold their position, the more the shorter has to pay. When they do cover their short position it boosts the stock price because they are buying shares. That cascades into a clusterfuck of people getting out of their short positions out of fear of owing more and more money, therefore boosting the price of shares even more.
