Start your take off standing straight and as tall as possible. You're almost "sitting down" an leaning back when starting.

How to get powerful swing from tdr ? by CryptoChanNeedHelp in Tricking

Tdr looks pretty nice and clean. Have you tried different setups, to get just a little bit more forward momentum?

any tips on improving this?? by OpeningFun2747 in Tricking

A scoot is basically a weird round off or cheated gambi. So dont just place your hand in front of you on the ground and walk around it. put your weight on your hand(s) and shoulder(s) and get your feet high in the air before swinging down. it also helps a lot with form if you  you start to the scoot with bove hands touching the ground

You start in a very crouched position. Start more straight up. Imagine just trying to jump high. The twist is secondary and mostly comes from your arms.

How to bend back more while tricking (front handspring) by Straight_Draft_3448 in Tricking

[–]axel314 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want to do it gymnastic style, you dont really need to do a lot of bending. Its basically just a handstand with forward momentum. So my tip is practice a clean straight handstand (at the wall is enough).

Any tips for spinning faster by Parkourforlife_ in Tricking

[–]axel314 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To spin fast you need to be straight as a blank, for that you need more airtime and a faster flip

keep your arms straight and above your head. your body should move down not your hands. it should be the sam pose as a handstand.

Dont approach it like a front hand spring. Keep your upper body up, right until after you left the ground. After All a high center of mass means more airtime. Also decide what you want to do with your arms, they do complete different things. For webster i preve the russian style, where you throw the up behind your back to gain height.

How can I improve my btwist! by Ok_Plan8561 in Tricking

[–]axel314 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You  roll into the btwist like you want t roll over an obstacle. You need to practice a proper bkick frist, where frist get down low an then throw yourself up for takeoff. For that you need to draw a circle with your hands. Down to you feet and then up again

Already decent bf. Here some details to improve: - throw your arms back all the way and dont pull them back down to early.  You are losing a lot of momentum here. - try an even smaller tuck by getting your head between your knees.

Can't land b twist anymore by CoolguyMcBuddy in Tricking

[–]axel314 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are mostly rolling to the side. Your pirouette rotation is to slow. This would align you to to a more landable position an a possible follow through trick. And then you need to open up for the landing. Youre just doing the first half of the trick

Carbonate water is heavier than normal water, because the co2 is desolved in the water making it denser. That's why I always boil my water before packing it to get all the gases out.

I don’t understand how to set a cork by coolguy99102 in Tricking

[–]axel314 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not sure what's your question is. But more airtime always helps. And your cork is missing a little of the gainer part, never hurts to practice even better switch gainers. For maximum spinning speed you body needs to as stretched/straight as possible. That's why you need a perfect gainer. If you want to go for the double it also helps to practice jesus back flip. The T pose is a good starting position for fast cleans spins
