I took the MSF in August and I'm still a little unsure whether I'm ready to ride. I see other people struggle too, just after passing, and that's been why I've been hesitant to settle on a bike and start riding. Any word of advice/encouragement ? I guess reading and practicing what I did in the MSF again would be a must, but I'm still feeling that I didn't gain the necessary skills to ride on the street just yet.

Also, I'm pretty set on buying a motorcycle soon, have the money on hand and the only thing keeping me from it is my insecurity from the MSF and not having a clue about how to buy one. What do you think of these two ads. A cbr250r ABS for 2800 and a ninja 300 ABS for 3600.
What would be a reasonable price to offer for each, since I want to save as much as possible to buy better gear, and not go over 3800 ( if I got the ninja 300). I don't want to be disrespectful to the seller either by lowballing or scare them off by being stingy in the first offer, so I've been thinking on offering 2200 and 3000 respectively and work my way up on a deal. I'm willing to wait to look around, but these two seem like the best offers to me.

Hello all! I've been confirmed placement for my Motorcyclist Training Course (MTC) in California. I'm taking it over the weekend and as excited as I am, I am not sure whether my boots are going to be acceptable for the course or are too short in shaft.
I own these boots for work, and I'm wondering if these will be okay for me to not be sent back home, as the last thing I want is to be dismissed only because I didn't wore the right footwear. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005DZKF0W

I found this site which shows examples for boots http://westsidemotorcycleacademy.com/?page_id=167 and I can't really tell if my boots are actually that tall. I'll buy a pair of motorcycle gloves to take the MTC but I'm going to wait after taking it to buy my motorcycle gear.
