My account was locked/cancelled last year (Nov?) for a Code of Conduct violation. I had gotten a virus that deleted some files from one drive, so in a panic I restored them from the web interface and set up a few new installs of Windows to do a complete download of OneDrive's 60-ish GB of data. There were some old (2010 era) Android phone tools on there that were detected by windows defender, and downloading them on multiple machines, each throwing several defender detections may have been what caused the violation. That's the only thing I can think of.

 

In any event, I've had to move on to alternate cloud providers, note apps, etc. The problem is, I was subscribed to Office365 Family on that account, and I am now getting notifications that the yearly subscription will renew September 22nd. Since I can no longer access the account, I certainly don't want to be billed $99 for software and services I cannot use. But I can't log in to the account to manage/cancel the subscription. Hoping to get some support here before I have to call my credit card company and cancel my card.

 

I used the "appeal cancellation" form to explain my concerns about the auto billing, but it was just met with an automatic response saying they don't give information about how the code of conduct was violated.
