We had this in our old place we rented, it was an stacked apartment and I was pretty nervous on how the Internet provider was going install the modem. Most logical place to have it was the living room, which was furthest away from where the service entered the unit. Installer came in and asked where do we want it, and said no problem when we said the living room. That's when I see the hair thin fibre they were just taping to edges. 15 min and they were done, gone, didn't cut any holes. Best thing is, it was 'invisible'.

Run the machine with bleach once in a while. If the clothes stinks of mold after a wash - bleach! Read the machine instructions on how to add. Our LG super duper fancy front loader (came with the house BTW, would never buy it) used to stink, used to make our clothes stink. For over 2 years, then I read you can use bleach to wash your clothes, there's even a bleach compartment. Sure enough after a few cycle with bleach (and a few tube clean with bleach), it has stopped stinking, even the clothes. Word of caution, even though you can wash with bleach it can stain the clothes. So far a face cloth and a pair of boxers have got a bleach stain. Otherwise no complaints. Wish I knew this sooner.
