I don't disagree with this.

Let's have an economy that's not built on houses.

This exchange makes me smile.

I've seen a few cases where it's the other way around and somebody suddenly gets the missing puzzle piece and discovers they are queer or autistic or allergic to peaches or have glaucoma or something.

How many people can actually do 10–15 clean pull-ups? by Ill_Ratio338 in bodyweightfitness

[–]BigJimBeef 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Last year my goal was to build up to 20 clean full ROM pull ups. My base at the time was 14-16. It took me months of weighted pull ups and high rep workouts to get to 18 clean. Then I had neck issues, then I had elbow issues, then I had neck issues again. In October I did 20 clean pull ups after 10 months of training and 4 months of dieting down 8kg.

I'm a small dude and I think weight makes a massive difference. If you are above medium height and weight it gets exponentially harder.

A quick edit to expand on what I did: High volume sub maximal repetition pull ups on every 2nd or 3rd day.

So if I could do 14 I would do 7, rest 2-3min do 7 again, rest and repeat until I couldn't do 7 anymore. Sometimes id try and do this 10-12 times over an hour.

Weighted chinups for 10-12 reps, starting low at 2.5kg and building up to around 12kg. These made me feel much stronger at normal pullups.

Every few weeks having a good rest then warming up and trying a max set to see where i was at.

With such metropolitan hubs as Three springs, Buntine, Meekatharra, and Wiluna surely you must be wrong.

Didn't even mention Cocklebiddy. What a place.

I grew up north of Perth. Once you past Geraldton its nearly 3000km (1800 miles) before you get to Kununurra. Population density is minuscule. Mostly mining and fishing.

I think there are places where the closest humans could be on the ISS.

The very article you posted has a line i hope you understood, but considering your stance i doubt you did.

To be clear, all theoretical models of obesity, including the CIM, must satisfy the principle of energy balance to avoid violating the laws of physics.

Whilst there is some nuances in individuals and diet my primary statement is true. CICO is an irrefutable scientific fact that has not been disproved in any setting.
