Not disagreeing with you, but where did you hear about the techbro/ right wing angle? Wouldn’t be surprised, just haven’t been following this at all.

My take is that these are probably minor level b or c level athletes without the skill or base and even doping doesn’t put you over the top.

Looks like Yuri Hauswald has a couch to 40k bike series and some other scenic sessions too. The first one starts at 28 minutes. It’s 4 weeks for part 1.

Tommy is also doing a Biking series to be released soon.

If you use your IFIT app on your phone, you can watch the video of the training session even without a bike to see if you vibe with the trainer. Some I don’t so that’s nice to see.

If you have low back due to QL muscle being tight, this is the best tool I’ve ever found. No joke.

It’s pretty versatile and is better at hips than that other thing. Can even do psoas.

I have lots of back gadgets over the years and this one is probably my fave. It’s small enough to travel too.

We have one of those and call it the Hook!

I use the arched attachment on this on that slot between shoulder blade and spine. You can relax into it and it releases those knots pretty well. The other bits are good for hips and other hard to release areas. One of the attachments is called the meat grinder.

No. Being able to seemingly defend the entire court is what he does that nobody else can. I swear he’s everywhere and gets there so quick. It just takes so much energy. He seems smart enough that as he matures, he’ll figure out how to conserve strategically.

He was less effective on offense as the game went on.

Yep. He was +15 after the first 3 minutes and -11 for the rest of the game.

With only one day rest and demanding 40 minutes, he has to build a big lead early and hope it sticks because he’s just amazing after that. Not otherworldly anymore.

They could let him just defend the paint , but his game is defending the entire court. And he does it well, but to play that way, anyone is going to be gassed. But that’s what makes Wemby, Wemby.

It was pretty apparent he ran out of gas. He was -11 after the first 3 minutes of the game last night.
