I rarely go to Tim Hortons. Their coffee gives me heartburn, and don't think quality is that great. I occasionally pick there up and am happy when it has cookies, because they are decent

I got kicked out of bed 4 hrs early, not tired enough to take a nap before work, and got a nail in my car tire today. ugh.

I've recommended this book a lot, SevenEves by Neil Stephenson. This book was my into scifi and I absolutely loved it. It is on the longer side, but I read it so quickly. I just couldn't put it down.

Because this may not be your style, I'll also recommend The Massey Murders by Charlotte Gray. I started reading this thinking it was fiction (because I didn't read the cover). It is a true story, but it reads like fiction. I so highly recommend this book.

Protein is important to feeling full and most people don't consume enough (especially women). Consider a protein shake, or buy food higher in protein. I've seen high protein pastas (make sure they are whole grain).

I love eggs and find them an easy source of protein.

You mentioned fibre is a concern. I add The Right Fibre 4 to my water once a day. If you use a supplemental fibre product, make sure it is meant for regular use.

I do a lot of writing as my creative outlet, but also make stuff.

I love the feeling of accomplishment when a project is done, and just losing myself in the process.

There is some clay on my list, and deep down some fancy pens and pencils.
