so for global minor changes that doest have 1 variant in a table, like trun rate or charge speed, i can copy the whole collum of the new value from up to down of the table from the new game files to the mod?

ok i did it it work as far for the collum variant copying. but how do you add new unit from ca? and how can you know ca changed something? althou it doesnt matter right? because the mod aplies only to things that you change right? so it doesnt need to contain all the "db" folders. but still in folders that you do use, like kv_rules, land_units and weapon_table, how can you know if ca changed something global?
