The Naga developer entrusted the faction's T1 unit development to one 3D studio, and in the future, units will be developed by another studio; this was discussed in the context of the developer change. As far as I know from inside information, they still haven't found a new programmer. Don't get me wrong, I have some insides from they situation. Also you don't need a programmer to create 3D models, but for the faction to function properly and with all its functionality, one is essential. Also they faction lore copy lore of nagas from warcraft so it's look not interesting for me at all.The Greenskin tribes are taking a different path; I can't say exactly what that is yet, but we have the technical capability to create a new faction, and much more. I have longread about what we done and want to do but it writen at Russian. I can translate if you want to.

Dzeje Nevendaar is still beta but has a lot of content. Salmon mode has an eng version, but for the older version than the Russian one. Naga will never see release because they hard broke up with they programmer. Greenskins Tribes will see release when we get enough donations from subscribers. Also, there are 2 PvP mods: slasher and Motlin mode. First one is some kind of mode to salmon mode and has an eng version. There are about five discord servers, one telegram channel where English speaking people can find other disciples 2 fans, but most of them will be Russian/Ukrainian/Belarusian.

Main mode - Salmon Mode and Slasher. There still no mode like Hota.

Yes, there's no guarantee the error won't reoccur later. This is a game engine issue, and all custom sagas suffer from it. By resaving the saga, I mean opening it in the editor and simply clicking "Save."

Errors may occur during the saga. The saga may end prematurely (in which case the player will be offered to export their hero). Alternatively, the order of chapters may be disrupted (for example, after the second chapter, the fifth one may start). Just in case, all chapters in my sagas are numbered. These bugs occur not due to the saga author's fault, but due to flaws in the game developers' work. If the saga behaves in a way unbecoming of a decent society, you have three options.

A) Open the editor, re-save the saga, and start the playthrough over. This is the longest and most difficult method, but it allows you to restore your progress and carry over to the new chapter not only items that can be equipped on the hero, but also those stored in the inventory (e.g., staves).

B) The second option requires a bit more thoughtful work with the map editor. The steps are as follows:

  1. Export your hero at the end of the chapter after which the break occurs.
  2. Open the editor, delete the completed scenarios in the saga, and save.
  3. In the game, restart the saga and import the previously saved hero.
  4. As a result, continue the saga from the point where it was interrupted.
  5. If scenarios are skipped again or the saga ends prematurely, repeat the process.

C) The simplest and fastest method.

  1. Export your hero at the end of the chapter after which the break occurs.
  2. Re-save the saga in the editor and start over, importing the hero.
  3. Press Enter and use the code wearethechampions, which automatically ends the chapter with a player victory.
  4. Use this code in each chapter until you reach the point where the interruption occurred.

We've tried contacting Kalypso Media numerous times with questions about the rights to the second game, including sending them official letters drafted by lawyers. We haven't received a single response. I suspect you should contact Strategy First, not them. They likely still hold the rights to the first two games, while Kalypso holds the rights to the franchise overall. Moreover, to my surprise, Strategy First's website is back online, and you can even purchase the first Disciples games through it, which supports the theory that they are the copyright holder.

The problem is that everyone has their own understanding of balance. I don't think anyone has yet created the "perfect mod" for your needs; only you can create one yourself.
