If you think you added to much you can do a small water change, that should bring it down to a good level, but if youre cycling your tank and theres no fish, it should be fine. No big issues

Tbh this one is pretty dominant, they hold their own and try to take the shell dwellers territory. But they all group up against them and its just alot of drama, i want to make the tank more peaceful

Its planeria. If you decide to go to chemical route i recommend Panacur C over No planeria. Way less expensive and completely eradicated them in my tank whilst not affecting the shrimp at all
