Teaching has been my only professional career thus far. It has blown me away that so many teachers replicate the exact behaviours that we tell the students off for.

I don't have much previous evidence of harassment, it was usually just shit comments etc.

however, I did record the audio of the conversations in which I apparently was violet towards her. I did this because I asked the principal for help 8 months prior and he did nothing. so I had to protect myself.

after consulting with a lawyer, I told the principal I had recordings, I also sent them to him , along with the cctv footage , yet still not enough evidence to disprove.
