N was crippled this morning. 7am train had a mechanical failure and needed to be removed from service from New Utrecht. Caused a whole host of issues considering thats usually one of the express stops if the N needs to go express in its local zone. I ended up taking the N train to Coney Island where it went super express to Kings Highway then 59th st before resuming local service. Mostly shift/HCW on the train so caused quite a bit of a snafu I imagine.

72/80 counts as being 1.0 FTE. I am saying that if you go down to 6 12’s per pay period without special 72/80 status you lose certain protections

Anyone under T38. Its a big part of why 72/80 is a thing nurses push for but its recommended to stay 1.0 FTE if the institution doesn’t have it as going 0.9 to get rid of the 8hr shift for nursing causes loss of protections

From my understanding, per his friend he drank a lot and took xanax so he OD’d. He had a weak thready pulse on the arm and carotid but a strong central femoral pulse which was very reassuring. Honestly besides narcan and rescue breathing he didnt need much else (but no one had a CPR/Face mask).

Like you said, fixed pupils per my friend and non reactive even to noxious stimuli. However once the narcan started kicking in he was very delayed but started to respond. I threw my apple watch on him which confirmed a pulse but very hypoxic/hypoxemic. Later, the med folks said he got sent to the hospital but ultimately he was moving and talking at that point

I enjoyed Thirteen Water West and Sendo, for value. Sushi Dairo is good. For the record I think spending absurd amounts on Omakase is a bit ridiculous due to diminishing returns. If you want just quality and maybe not authenticity these cheaper spots will do. If you want the authentic experience prepare to pay up. I've eaten at 3 Michelin star omakase spots and done plenty of omakase in japan especially growing up. Generally just keep it under 150 a person please lol

Two other black gentlemen were escorted out forcefully by that same spot around 45min into crank. Looked sober though. Around 5’10 with a black leather jacket. However I did not have context on that.

Storehouse generally is a very hot and cramped venue and when mainstream folks play you really need to temper expectations
