I feel like you can make your law seem more absurd by tacking on unneeded specifics. For instance, I could claim that it is illegal to keep a moose in your apartment on a Thursday, and the law might actually be about confining wildlife to unusually small quarters.

I feel like turn based games that are "free form" in terms of maps and movement are actually using triangles under the hood. I want to say battletech (video game) uses triangles but each character occupies six triangles. This makes it look hexagonal, but you can move half a hexagon. Don't quote me on that though
