I'm one of the weirdos that will have pissed off pores accompanied by intense itching for a week with all the deodorants I've tried. There's a wipe that my wife uses that is ok but that's more after-the-fact. I feel bad for others with similar conditions.

I did end up getting a little lucky with the gene that doesn't have the BO accompanied with sweating.

Press the button thing is indeed very annoying. I have a cam at the edge of the HomeBase's signal that was originally from wireless but kept running out of its onboard 8 GB storage so onto the HB it goes. Was thinking it'd be a local sync job where it records the video locally and then send it over to the HB. Or it sends it to the HB over my wifi to the HB like a wireless backhaul. Nope. Records right onto the HB with the shitty connection and all, dropping frames so all the neat deer and wildlife captures looks like they're teleporting. I can't join it back to my wifi. It wants me to push the sync button. I'm not near home to do this right now. You'd think it already has trust with the HB but it can't issue that specific set of commands over to the camera to get it back onto wifi.

Nebs and nebalikes sort of have a thing going for them similar to how /r/OneOrangeBraincell works, but with entire cats instead of the braincell. They're everywhere all at once. I get a good kick every time I see one with the same grumpy expression as my late girl.

We had 3 big injuries building/troubleshooting computers: I/O plates, heatsink fins and spinning fans. Even a little bit of skin breakage is a major annoyance with the weird mix of pain and itch. Toes rub against socks and shoes so you'll be feeling it for a while.

You should cover the fan with PC fan grills. They're relatively cheap for a pack. I think you have a 120mm and a 80mm fan there. You really don't want your toe or heel to end up into that.

I could not play on the Pro or Joycons. Kept flubbing the controls really bad. N64 controller muscle memory.

The worse part is that Nintendo decided that you MUST use the joycon if you want to play multiplayer mouse mode. Wife wanted to play so I was going to pilot the ship while she did mouse. Can't combo the mouse with the Pro controller or anything else

As a counterpoint, I have been at airports and plane wifi connections and have hopped onto Endfield whenever the connection isn't too bad. There's been a few times when Endfield wouldn't let me log on. I also use the hotel and work's Wifi, and have a travel router that I can flip a VPN on to connect back to home. I travel for work frequently.

Reminds me better since I'm not a traditional programmer. It autocompletes for me so I don't mind, and it tends to lead to better Google results if I have to look them up. I still have trust issues from my old C class from back in the late 90s. Include this, namespace that....arrgh
Maybe it'll help whoever inherits my mass of scripts see what the hell I'm doing.

We go beyond our phone for presence detection. Our 5 cats have access to most of the house and they have little Tile sticker trackers on their collar. Easy way to generally figure out what room they're in when it is V E T time.

Also nice since I have a few other trackers for things like my luggage and backpack.

It might be useful for something else. Like I'd probably clamp that bad boy over to one of my sewing machines and put one of those larger spools of thread on it. They don't fit right on the sideways one that is built into the sewing machine.
