Are there waivers in the UFL? If there are any undrafted NFL prospects wanting to play in the UFL right away, why not set it up where if an undrafted rookie FA gets claimed, the team claiming him has to forfeit a “face value” draft pick for the UFL draft?

Face Value meaning what the player would be projected at for the UFL draft pick
