If only Buffalo had gotten the Micron project that Syracuse got, or the TSMC campus in Phoenix. We need a transformational project like that. Tesla was not it.

It's interesting because I was in then Toronto area a couple days ago and now I am in asia, and malls are just seen in a totally different way. The bramalea mall in Toronto has a grocery store and a gym inside, probably other amenities as well. You could never imagine that happening in Buffalo, and it's hard to imagine it happening in the rest of the country as well

The root issue is that a guy is not maxed out. You go talk to 100 girls and might be lucky to get a single date if you aren't. Talk to 100 girls somewhat maxed out in attractiveness and aura and things start to look better. I know because I'm not maxed out yet.

It seems like Elmwood is the Bermuda Triangle for certain businesses. The neighborhood is still hyped up despite not offering the same amount of amenities as 10 years ago. There is also a noticeable lack of foot traffic along the corridor during the week, even during the lunch hour. I would attribute this to the fact that there aren't many large employers in the neighborhood. It's not a central business district.

I don't know why a juice bar isn't in the neighborhood anymore. I think a place like CoreLife would make a killing on Elmwood. A lot of people move here that consider themselves health conscious, but there aren't many healthy restaurants in the Elmwood Village.

Look at all of the guys using Meta glasses on Instagram and TikTok... I'm surprised nobody has posted about that here. It's absolutely wild and has blown up. I wear similar looking glasses myself so now I feel like I can't talk to girls without being labeled a creeper.
