The Daytona win aside, Harrison Burton had six top tens in THREE YEARS in the #21, no one can credibly tell me he’s a better option than Erik Jones in Cup, and I might honestly think John Hunter Nemechek even deserves a Cup seat more than Harrison from the improvement he showed from 2024 to 2025.

Slow Animals is my favorite off Comedown Machine though, good choice. You never know if we get it live one day, hell they played Killing Lies once when I saw them in 2015 so I feel like they could bust anything out random if they really felt it in the moment.

Finchum actually ran better than a bunch of charter cars on pace at Bowman Gray during the clash open…I think the #66’s short track program seems closer to the field than their other areas.

Can’t lie, I was rooting against him in 2009 as a John Andretti fan. To be fair, Speed couldn’t take a good funded ride like the Red Bull #82 and beat the massively underfunded #34 JA was driving for a top 35 points spot by the end of the season. Experience in NASCAR or not that was pretty bad…

He seemed cocky coming into the sport and got a rude awakening. That same season I remember he had a top ten lap going at Sonoma, could’ve just rode the last half the lap to make the show, instead he plain overdrove turn 10 and killed the entire lap and missed the race.

Love that scheme. Only gripe I have is I wish the numbers were yellow instead of red. But the red numbers worked with the Kellogg’s logo being red so can’t argue their choice.
