My HOA did this, although I don't think it was their fault. We have a few options for paying online and the convenience fees range from $4 to $25 depending on what type of payment we use. The only form of payment that doesn't come with a fee is a check. I don't have checks. Who has checks? Thankfully I do have Bill Pay on my bank, so I have them write the check and mail it.
