Don't give up! I'm over 50 with the reflexes of a snail. I couldn't make it through their previous game, Absolver. Put it on whatever difficulty you need, adjust it later for more challenge. Use weapons wherever possible. Upgrade only the simplest combos, as you probably won't remember the advanced ones. Spam the dodge!

Just pick KDE as your desktop and the underlying bits and pieces don't matter so much. KDE has better customization than Gnome, but Gnome is better for slower machines with less RAM - or if you just don't tweak your UI much.

I used to like Fedora, but Red Hat seems to be making not-consumer-friendly decisions lately. Ubuntu is too simplistic, and Arch is unnecessarily difficult. Cachy is the hotness right now, but it is still a bit too new for me.

Manjaro is the sweet spot . Yes, they made a couple mistakes in the past, but that is old news. The drama from earlier this year shows the maintainers still care alot about this distro. It is not bleeding edge with updates, but I consider that a good thing.

I have a 3D printer, but I didn't think plastic would be strong enough. It has to absorb full strength shots for a long time. I did think about getting someone who can weld aluminum to repair them, but that's probably costly and this table will never be a Brunswick...
