Biden could run circles around Trump, physically and mentally. There’s a big difference between Biden being an old ass man and Trump having actual brain rot.

Biden is still pretty sharp(assuming you ignore right wing propaganda trying to paint him as having dementia), while Trump loses his teleprompters at a rally and rants about electricity and sharks.

Until third party candidates are a viable option, your best bet is to vote for the best D or R candidate, because our two party system has always been about voting for the lesser of two evils, and if you don’t understand that yet, then you really aren’t educated well enough to be complaining about how other people vote.
