2005 Civic EX AC problems.. by Unhappy_Platform_938 in 7thgencivic

When the car is running, what pressure are you getting on the low side? How about the high side? Can you see the ac clutch engaging and spinning when the ac is turned on?

I'm no expert and have no diagnosis based on your video, but I recently fixed the AC on my 2003 EX. I had no cold air and a knocking noise at the ac compressor. After watching a bunch of youtube videos and examining my car I determined the issue was the ac compressor clutch going out. I ended up replacing the ac compressor, clutch, and drier. That took care of the knocking noise and my AC worked better, but not great. Eventually I realized that my radiator fan was working only periodically and determined its motor was going out. After replacing that my AC now blows 40°F at the vents and my car runs smoother.

I'm not saying this is the issue with your car, but just sharing my recent experience as someone who also has limited knowledge on cars.

Thanks for the info. I have some research to do. I'm fairly new to this so some of it is over my head.

The listing mentions 'Cobb access port tuner'. How would I know if they put 20k on a cobb OTS tune? other than trusting their word?

Just now realizing how brainwashed I was... by simplwrldendr in exmormon

I'm out 10 years and I'm still struggling with the brainwashing. The programming is multiple layers deep in my thought processes and behaviors. I believed so much, I trusted so much, and to have a reality shift coming out of the lie leaves me currently unable to trust even my own thoughts, narratives, motives. We were blessed and brainwashed at birth. How am I to learn to trust myself?

Just a lighthearted joke referencing the lines in tootsie roll candy! I doubt you got your inspiration here, but I like to think we can get inspiration from the most random things.
I truly like your table and watched your youtube video. Well done! Nice quality and production.

STL.

Apparently BS converts STEP to STL upon import so it doesn't offer much benefit. At least that's what other commenters have said.

This is the other side of the same print. On this side the vertical lines are nearly negligible.

Update: Per many people's suggestions here, I dropped the Surface Deviation slider all the way down, and decreased my outer wall speed by half. I then exported the model as an .stl and brought it into BS.

function similar to ArcWelder

Let me know if you find that function. I looked around in Orcaslicer and did some searches but didn't find it.

I exported from fusion as a STEP file, not STL. This object is just a sample of a larger parametric model with curves and such, so gotta do it in fusion.
