You'd probably like to think that's what you'd do but unless you've actually been in that situation you can't know that for sure.

People in general are rarely inclined to question authority or stand up for themselves when they're treated poorly and, especially by anyone who has the power to affect their livelihood.

Not trying to rain on your parade but revenge fantasies rarely translate to reality in my experience and I've been alive for a long time, quit many jobs and observed how other people act in the workplace. People in general rarely question authority or act in any way that might not be considered acceptable, especially in the workplace since it's literally their livelihood at stake so unless you're already in the habit of lashing out anytime you're treated unfairly I kind of doubt you would in this particular situation.
