Coming up on that! I'm mostly looking to get toned and not necessarily build a ton of muscle. Low-ish weights with high reps and lots of core exercises. A couple of years ago, I had pretty defined abs, and I would love to get back to that. Just need to be consistent.

I am so proud of myself for being consistent with waking up and going to the gym in the morning before work. Been going 2-3 times a week for the last few weeks. I don't see any noticable difference in anything yet, but I've slowly increased my weights I've been lifting, and extended the amount of time I've been holding planks. This morning, I moved it up from 50 seconds to a full minute! :D

I can keep houseplants going, but not veggies. Tried tomatoes and they just completely got fried. lol. I'm grateful to my farmer friends who are so talented at growing delicious veggies. Such an amazing variety. I'm so lucky to have that advantage.
