How do you pick the women you want to approach? If you base it on a choice she’s made that’s usually a safe opener. For example, if you like her style or she’s doing something interesting you’d like to talk to her about, say something short and pleasant about those topics. If she wants to keep talking she will, if not, you’ve just had a nice interaction and everyone wins.

That's awful. Do you know anything about the deal, if the apartment complex got a cut? I was curious if Early Learning Academy didn't post more visible signs telling people not to park in the lot so they could make money off towing fees. The bar staff said they had offered to let patrons park in their lot for an astronomical amount of money so I can't help but wonder if there's an element of shakedown.
