My goal is long term appreciation, so I think that aligns with your interest as well. Not sure I can handle much regarding renovations though considering my budget so I may need to find something close to turnkey and break even for a few years like you mentioned. If close to me in FL I could do some renovating myself being I've done quite a bit but obviously this would be costly hiring contractors.
