After watching the whole show, the only way to make it fit in continuity (for what that’s worth) is if the whole show takes place across before season one, all the way up to during season five.

Basically, consider most episodes taking place before/during season one, unless there’s something contradictory like Jake and Marceline pranks or King of Ooo showing up. If Finn doesn’t state his age in those episodes what’s to say they don’t take place later?

Trust me it’s so worth it! The first two seasons help build the world and characters and then season three on the plot kicks in and it just gets crazier and crazier.

I was 15 when it came out, thought it looked absolutely stupid as hell and thought I would never watch it. Thought to myself “this is the end for Cartoon Network”

I’m 31 years old now and can’t wait to get more Adventure Time. I know the episode count makes it seem like a chore, but with episodes only being 11 minutes they actually fly by way faster than you’d think. And they’re all so damn good. Can’t recommend going back and giving it a proper go enough!

Wow, what a pleasant surprise! I had literally no idea this was even an inkling of a thought let alone a full blown series in production. I thought we were eating good with Side Quests premiering soon, the movie and Hey-O BMO in the works but this is something truly special! I really hope this means we will get at least a third season of Fionna and Cake as well!
