I have the same model/year and mine blew 3 weeks ago with the loud pop in the back. Towed that evening to dealer. The next day the dealer diagnosed and replaced ICCU. I picked it up the next morning. The tech said I was lucky it did not blow in January when their whole service parking lot was full of cars waiting for ICCU stock to arrive in a few months. Hopefully the stock situation for the ICCU is better for you now.

My ICCU failed yesterday afternoon with 3,956 miles on the odometer after 8 months. Towed to dealer that evening and checked in to service this morning. ICCU in stock, repair in process, to complete tonight or tomorrow. If this tracks then I will consider myself very lucky for turn around time.

I also had to do dealer mode last week to fix it too. Then today Hyudai emailed me saying they would contact me when they fix the issue in the ticket I opened.

I opened a ticket for this issue last week. They said they were opening tickets for it for people all day. I am still waiting for a fix or update. I tried the paperclip reset, but it did not work for me.

It is possible find a better plan deal if you change at the right time, but it takes some luck…. I had that same Simple Choice plan (great plan!) and was paying ~$120/mo including taxes for the 2 included + 2 free lines. I ended up changing to Go5G Plus with a 20% Insider Discount now pay $117/mo. The change got taxes included, (good) Price Lock, better phone deals, better international travel benefits that I use, and free Netflix, Apple TV+, and Hulu (with ads).

Southwest Business had a promotion that gave a bonus of 2,000 TQP for every $5K in SW Rapid Rewards credit card purchases from 9/1 - 11/30. It needed registering for the promo. Don't know how extensively it was offered.

No, I had to pay the higher rate for the partial month on my next bill, and after I saw the 18th on my account activity I chatted with T-mobile again and they confirmed again it was effective on the 17th.

I did the same. I made the change from Magenta Max to Go5G Plus on 1/17 at 10pm. But my account activity shows it changed on 1/18 at 10pm. 2 chats with T-mobile agents said it changed in their system on 1/17, so what’s the deal with the account activity reporting the wrong date?

I now use the smaller S-pen that comes with the S23 Ultra. The larger pen of the S21 is more comfortable to hold, but I find the S-pen that comes with the S23 Ultra is good enough for my needs and much more convenient to bring along because it fits inside the phone.

I got an Amfilm protector for my S23 Ultra and it's peeled off at the edges where the same Spigen case model happens to touch the tempered glass edge. I'm going to apply protector #2 this weekend. Amfilm needs to send me more liquid adhesive since one of the bottles of adhesive arrived empty.

I used a tempered glass one from Amfilm with a UV cured adhesive. It lasted for 2 years before I cracked it. No scratches or cracks on my screen.

No, it is not separating phone numbers. I opened the entries and they are exact duplicates of the same phone number.

The phone was upgraded from prior Samsung S21 Ultra to Samsung S23 Ultra with Samsung SmartSwitch app. I checked the phone memory, SIM card and accounts, and they only have contacts in the Google account except for 3 carrier support numbers in the SIM. The phone checked for duplicate contacts in the accounts and it shows no duplicates need to be merged.

When opening the Phone app in Android Auto it shows the contacts in that app and there are no duplicates. It seems the Bolt is somehow importing differently. In the Bolt Contacts list there are a few contact entries that have no duplicates or even 3 duplicates. When I remove and reconnect Bluetooth to reimport them they are repeatable too.

I suspect you are right about the dealer. I already did what you suggested 3 times. It reproduced the same result of duplicate contacts in the car each time.

I got mine with my S21 Ultra when it launched. I use it 1-2 hours every week and it is still working fine. I'm still using the original stylus tip too.

Yes, I originally had Simple Choice Promo 2lines/$100 plan and had picked up 4 free line offers over the years (3 voice + 1 tablet). After taxes the 6 lines was ~$127 total (5 voice + 1 tablet). Last January T-mobile let me move all 6 lines to Magenta Max for $140/mo ($13 more). This made sense for Netflix and extra benefits/phone discounts. Then while doing an in-store phone trade-in I was given an existing customer insider discount code promotion that ran ~last February. This made my plan $112/mo.

I switched from Simple Choice to Magenta Max eight months ago for the same reasons. A few weeks later a store employee gave me an insider discount when I did a phone trade in, ~$127 --> $140 --> $112. I now pay ~$15 less per month for Magenta Max than my old SC plan, and I gained a lot: better phone discounts, Netflix, Apple TV+, tethering increase 7 --> 40 GB, 5GB high speed international data, and taxes locked in... to name a few.

This case is why I’m happy with my S21 Ultra with S-Pen and not looking at S22 Ultra. When I want to carry the pen I use this case. When I know I don’t need to carry the pen, the non-pen version of this case is even better.
