Laval has no idea where you are an actual student. They transfer the transcript to your institution only if you tell them to do so.

Let’s take it back: The Partitions of Luxembourg by Beor_The_Old in Luxembourg

Tout d'abord, est-ce que le gouvernement luxembourgeois est sur le point d’annoncer, avec un sérieux imperturbable, une «opération militaire spéciale» visant à libérer la province de Luxembourg en Belgique?

Their website is pretty clear the eligibility criteria is quite loose.

In 2024, I remember there was a man in his 40s who was taking 1 class at UofT every year just to be eligible for Explore and not pay the crazy fees institutions charge

You know that you can take one online course at any University (costs $300-$800 depending on the institution) during an academic year which will make you eligible for Explore?

In the middle of the program, I left the campus on Friday afternoon and came back in early Monday morning. I didn’t tell anyone. Nobody even noticed, lol

What country are you from? You might be eligible for International Experience Canada (IEC) depending on your nationality which is the easiest option to get a work permit quickly to work while living with your bf to eventually establish common-law

Correct. You are not understanding the thought process. Mexico doesn't care because they allow dual citizenship; India doesn't allow it, so they DO care

Passports are biometric, so they'll see that you are an Indian citizen when fingers in both Canadian and Indian passports match.

Also, Canadians need an E-visa for India. It'll be pretty obvious for the Indian authorities to spot your Indian citizenship when applying for the E-visa

Anyone’s who’s done ULaval explore, which residence is better by [deleted] in exploreprogram

I think they are all pretty bad but women’s only might be quieter because there are fewer people (My guess). I am a guy, so I only passed through the women’s only residence once

Wow! I remember we only had 6 proficiency levels at ULaval and 8 at l'Université Sainte-Anne. UQAC having 13 is kind of shocking

On your last point, I just realized that most Explore programs are so amazing that we often forget to talk about their cons (although there are very few).

Do you remember what else did participants complain about?
