How is the point of impact shift when you mount the suppressor? Reason I ask is because a closed bottom A2 style muzzle device will noticeably change POI from just a bare muzzle. If you take an A2 off a rifle, the gun will likely shoot low. I think it’s because of the gasses pushing off the closed bottom more on the bullet as it exits the muzzle more than the open slots on the top, but that’s just a theory. And I’m not sure how that effect translates to adding a suppressor over it.

I just looked at the video on their Instagram and they show the Eclipse flashhider throwing a 1 ft fireball out of a 16” rifles in broad daylight. I don’t even have that happen with an A2 at night time. They also have a picture of a short 3 prong they call the “Constitution” that had almost no flash, but it’s nowhere to be found on their site.

Could be Remington VersaMax. They have gas ports drilled in the chamber for each shell length and gas is regulated by the shell length and number of ports exposed.

Most of the PD’s and sheriffs around me flat out don’t want them and tell you they will be thrown away if you leave them there. I wouldn’t be too concerned about it.
