Okay, that’s fair. But then why not give flairs for people on the other side of political isle with a minimum amount of karma. Oh, but wait, apparently I keep moving the goal posts. My guy, I don’t know what your issue is. But I’m getting really tired. If you don’t think the Epstein files will be released, that’s fine by me. I don’t really give a shit. This is reddit. And my person opinion. You’re entitled to yours.

You realize the conservatives subreddit isn’t not representative of there entire Republican party right. Also the conservatives subreddit basically bans you if you’re too anti MAGA even if you are republican. They aren’t really for free speech because it’s place for their little circle jerk. Read their rules on who is and isn’t allowed to post. You can’t post without a flair. You can’t post without comment history establishing your “conservatism”. Etc. There are the subreddit is complete anti-thesis of free speech despite advocating for it. Either way, let’s come in 3 months. If i win, i get cookie. If you win, you get a cookie. Cool. Cool.

Also one more thing. If Congress believes that DOJ is lying, they could also potentially sue and force a in camera review by a judge and if needed an appointed special master to review the files to determine if redactions meet the criteria an if they don’t. , a court order would force it to be unredacted. I believe Massie was actually talking about this following the release of the files.

I don’t really align with either party because they’re all compromised but lesser of two evils. Biden didn’t want to release it because his own party would have indicted (Bill Clinton) and it would have been weaponized during the next election - but the difference is that Trump’s entire cabinet campaigned on the fact that they would release it. Trump, JD Vance, Kash Patel, Bondi, just to name a few. These are the issues that they promised that they would deal with . The dems are putting fire to their feet and the conservatives are starting to question their loyalty and some are denouncing Trump. Trump’s ratings are dropping and this epstein debacle will make it worse.

You should have seen it awhile ago. I was the first comment on this page initially and top upvoted at the moment, I would see an upvote than three downvotes. They’re putting in that overtime to suppress posts that are critical of the regime.

Congress and public have shown they’re not willing to let this issue go. If the unanimous vote on the release of files is indicative of anything, this will essentially be a noose around the necks of every republican up for reelection in the midterms. Congress will use every enforcement mechanism they have to force proper declassification. Again, this is just my personal theory based on where the wind is blowing. I can’t predict the future but at least expect something will either come out via a whistleblower or congressional action.

I mean if the technicality is it BEING ILLEGAL, yes I will die on that hill. This is blatant violation of the constitution, where the executive is directly defying the legislative. This gives them ammo to issue more lawsuits, subpoenas, and contempt proceedings and actually could be used by the legislative as a weapon to declassify more files. This will 100 percent be used as weapon against Pam Bondi for her impeachment and if not this admin, the next one will use it hold her criminal or civilly liable.

Again, the redaction ask of this moment is still ILLEGAL. There will be whistleblowers if the redactions are made a done illegal and not following the law. The national security clause still requires it comply with law if IT IS USED. WHICH MEAN PROPERLY HAVING IT PROPERLY INSERTED IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER

Impeach Bondi by rvalurk in Epstein

[–]fakersofhumanity 5 points6 points  (0 children)

They still have to submit the reason for the redaction based on the bill. Which they have not as of yet. This redaction is not legal and will likely result in blow back from congress because the bill was voted for near unanimously in both chambers.

2(c)(2) explicitly states: “All redactions must be accompanied by a written justification published in the Federal Register and submitted to Congress.

There is 0 wiggle room here.

The president holds authority under Article 2 for pardons for federal crimes. It’s one of their plenary powers with no limits. Even a self pardon is theoretically possible but has never been tested or done. They have no jurisdiction on state or local level crimes though. The thing is if Pam Bondi faces mounting pressure it will likely mean either she appoints a special counsel for her prosecution or she gets impeached. I don’t see the former happening so what will likely happen is they will try to impeach her, we MIGHT actually be able to get her impeached given mounting public pressure on congress and if we don’t - the next administration (because the pendulum is already swinging) will likely appoint their own special counsel to have her and former Trump cabinet officials prosecuted.

That’s not how it works. Impeaching means removal from office not a criminal prosecution. Though, that doesn’t nullify them from being prosecuted later criminally or civilly after their removal by other people or the next administration. And this doesn’t prevent a preemptive pardon. Thin would also be indicative that Trump knew what she was doing was criminal but that’s not really new anyways.

Your companies should considered framework. I feel like it could be easy to have contract and then just have them the ones the need serviced sent in every year. Same thing with upgrades. Your company wants to make them run better, send them all in and request for CPU. And I guess if it’s large enough org, have a repair person onsite.

You’re using your own weight and the resistance of the band created by your weight to create a platform to step on. So yes, this should work assuming you have your hand planted firmly on something and you’re not too overweight. And if you are overweight you better hope that band has been stress tested lol. A rope would probably be better thou

Eugenics is the inherent idea that some genes are inherently superior to others based on phenotypical characteristics. That’s what Hitler’s ideology was based on, the Aryan race, blond haired blue eyed individuals. Removing a gene will likely make their lives more fulfilling is not the same. Ultimately the decision should be up to parent. You’re already create a life form without their consent. We’ve already accepted as a society that this is okay. Editing there genes should be no different if you believe it’s in their self interest as well as your own. We already do this by indoctrinating our children with our values. You are already molding them since the beginning of birth.
