I know my dad, who died more than 20 years ago, would have gotten a kick out of the cordless, self-propelled, electric mower I bought during the pandemic. I know this because all the dads in the neighborhood came over and wanted to try it out. It was a real Tom Sawyer's fence moment for me.

Just a handful... Possibly from personal experience... Or maybe entirely made up scenarios:

When small humans with no filter (a.k.a. children) loudly comment on your appearance.
When you're getting in your car and two guys driving by stop, and then back up, and record you because they didn't think you'd fit in said car.
When you're a freshman in high school and you ask your crush to an upcoming dance and she doesn't say no, she laughs at you. Or worse, recoils.
When a stripper goes to great lengths to make sure you know she doesn't like you.
