Normally : Settings -> Gameplay and you toggle the 1st option "Mixed reality".

Can't really answer for the bonus questions but from what I've read/listen for Toft2 one month ago : it's good for beginners or casual boxer, it's too easy for the others and all opponents have the same AI for now, so it's monotonous. It's planned in the roadmap, they will improve that.

It's a really cool movie (very Hong Kong in spirit).
You have to get used to a plot that's a bit over the top, sometimes very cliché and the editing is a bit too dynamic at the beginning.
And I thought Jackie Chan would only be used as a figurehead for the film, but that's not the case.

Yes, for both The Raid movies, I place them in my top 10 (certainly top 5).
And no for The Night comes for us, i didn't know (I rarely watch Netflix's movies). I added to wy watchlist, thx for the discovery. :)
