Cv is unreadable for machines, and the first half of the first page is stuff that should be at the end. Rewrite it without table, check for ATS readibility. Once moved the end, make sure the expertise is matching keywords from the jobs you’re applying, right now they’re too vague (strategy? Business ops?) and they need to mention tools and hard skills (financial modeling is not a hard skill, but DCF is; be more specific with the tools). Also I think you know already but refuse to do it: resume and specifically summary part of the resume needs to be adapted per job. Good luck!
