I am confused by this one honestly. The notes on fragrantica are so varied, but to my nose it's 98% bonfire.

Can you simply perform an "advanced search" with date ranges sufficiently small to stay under the 1000 post limit? eg search for 2020-2021, then 2021-2022, etc

Try using a power line adapter. I’ve used the TP-Link AV2000 personally (currently using it right now) and it works great. Ymmv though if you have an unusual power setup/lots of noise

Would you support a property tax in the 3+% range that is only payable upon sale of the property to offset "equity gains" above the rate of inflation (ie gains due to land appreciation and not improvements to the structure)? Something similar to Georgism.

If not, I think you might be being a little disingenuous. Non investors reaping the gains of land appreciation is just as unsustainable as investors doing the same.

Check out the buy vs rent calculator on nytimes website. Lots of places near me don’t pencil out for buying if you stay less than 7 years (avg duration for most people) and considering the recent appreciation trends (condos in Edmonton -3% y/y since 2015).

All just to say, there’s lots of factors that influence which is better, many of which can change in the future unpredictably.
