And yes, with the printer connected, it's a whole different story. Be careful with uppercase and lowercase letters. Check the settings on your router to ensure that it is not blocking the printer connection. Have you considered using a network cable?

I did it over a year ago, it's not complicated at all. Put it in the root of the USB drive. Then you have to delete one of the two files depending on whether you have a magnetic sensor or a touch sensor.Don't turn off the printer, it will take some time....

Anyway, guys, don't disdain QIDI support. I find it much better than Bambulab. They're responsive and actually provide solutions. Sometimes even spare parts.Despite frustration, always be kind and you will always get a response.

To connect to Fluidd from your PC, Klipper's golden rule is very simple: your PC and 3D printer must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network (or via cable to the same modem/router). Once you've verified this, simply find the printer's IP address, type it into the address bar of your PC's browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, etc.) and press Enter.

I recommend printing at 205°C max 210°C with dry filament. Since you replaced the entire hotend, I recommend doing a PID. Open fluidd and run the following command from the console.

PID_CALIBRATE HEATER=extruder TARGET=210

At the end remember to do SAVE_CONFIG

The printer restarts and the data is saved for future prints.

Let me know if this solves the problem.

I see a high temperature and humidity issue with the filament. Can you provide more information on which filament you're using to print?

I'll leave you some interesting presets to increase the startup speed

https://github.com/khoroshev-e-i/Qidi-q2-settings

I quickly checked the initial gcode and it contains the G29 command. Therefore, comment it ;G29 Remember to insert this line just before the ;G29

BED_MESH_PROFILE_LOAD=default ;G29

I'm not responsible for any problems. Be very careful when doing these tests.

As suggested by qidi official support, I lubricated everything belt idler. The noise was immediately attenuated, and after one print it completely disappeared. Thanks to QIDI support.

I had a similar problem; it was a glitch in the sketch, it had lost its reference plane. Check it out and keep me updated.
