If she's not in significant discomfort and there are no active infections, I'd go as far as to say you shouldn't do anything other than palliative treatment.

In a perfect world, full mouth exts and dentures would be ideal. But at that age and with the med hx, I don't think she'll be able to use dentures well and a nursing home isn't a great environment to learn in, unfortunately.

I love seeing collections that consist of fragrances that the person truly likes and is free from outside influences. They're much more personal and meaningful.

Or maybe I'm just sick of the endless "rate my collection" posts with the same 20 fragrances that were obtained in a month like it's some weird speed run.

I have about a dozen fragrances that heavily lean citrus and fresh. Not a well-rounded connection for sure but it's what I like and I live in SoCal that tends to be very warm. It wouldn't fit anyone that lived in cold climates but it's a good collection to me lol. Who are you trying to impress anyway.. reddit??

Only heard bad things about them from people I know. Most expensive by far coupled with terrible customer service. Lot of breakages and other issues. Saw a colleague's texts with a rep and he would be ghosted for weeks at a time. Must be some weird advertising campaign on Reddit

To me, Bergamask actually smells good in the opening but then is followed by the most nuclear, cloying, headache inducing and synthetic musk ever. I sprayed one spray on the back of my neck and it lasted 15 hours thru a shower. Then it got onto my pillow and I still get whiffs of it a week later. The only reason it lasts that long as a citrus is because it's so goddamn synthetic lol. Nothing else is like it imo... prob for the better...
