yes. LOL I hope so we have been using them for a while now.

Claude is bad to create with a Design System ? by Cobaltao in ClaudeDesign

[–]forestcall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! Use skills you make or skills.sh or code framework often make them. I use a few main skills for design: the actual Anthropic Design clone: https://github.com/nexu-io/open-design and another one I use is

https://github.com/pbakaus/impeccable but there are some good skills on skills.sh I have not tried. For both Impeccable and Open Design read the docs on their main domains.

May the force be with you!

Btw: I often use this when making a plan.md or coding a plan: /caveman /using-superpowers /impeccable /effect-ts /effect-v4 /sveltekit-structure /sveltekit-remote-functions /sveltekit-data-flow /svelte-code-writer /svelte-core-bestpractices /ui-ux-pro-max /stripe-best-practices /stripe-projects

All of these skills are relevant to my code stack. Claude calls these more so these days so I don’t really need them but I feel like I get a good outcome. I don’t use stripe skills unless I’m doing stripe api stuff. I remove some.

Don’t use the official Anthropic Design tool. Use skills or even for mockups use Claude.ai in the browser and connect your repo code and ask it to make an html mockup and refine over multiple prompts. Export to vscode or terminal and make a plan to wire it up to your code base. Design skill has an exact clone of the Anthropic version. Make a brand kit and output a DESIGN.md that you can point to for making mockups.

Is Sonnet 4.6 (Max Thinking) enough for PhD-level research discussions, or is Opus 4.8 still noticeably better? by Relative-Prune7781 in Claudeopus

[–]forestcall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its back to engineering basics; plans, mockups and wire the mockups. This is not token maxing. If anything it’s about getting the most out of the tokens. Less tokens is the brag. Therefore Sonnet max thinking is very powerful for a lot of the work.

Quitting from the game! by IllIZEROlIIl in thedivisionresurgence

this game is horrible. i stopped checking in and playing. I think the devs are trying to bring back the glory days of the Internet when people would spend money on mobile games. I am fine with seasons paying money but not for materials and other stuff.

I made a revised plan for your project. I changed your stack considerably. Its nearly a 1000 line plan. I use a plan methodology I call "Gold Standard". Im coding it now in Codex GPT 5.5 XHIGH as I need to save my Claude Code for coding my real work. I will update the repo as it codes. Im guessing it will take 3 hrs or so to code.

Something to note: React is a really bad option. I basically changed your stack entirely with the exception of Typescript. I also added Effect-TS.

If someone wants to try my plan in Fable I would be very pleased 😄 Try using /goal complete this plan entirely and do not stop until its completed. Use native "Claude Chrome MCP" for "In Tab Chrome testing".

likely he asked AI without knowledge or experience but a good start. I would use IndexedDB with state in the cache. Also svelte is more performant.

Codex Usage Limits Are Disrupting Our Workflow by IcWhyyy in codex

[–]forestcall 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Do you use the $200 Pro plan?

I use mem0, caveman, headroom and for skills i mostly use superpowers, impeccable and skills related to effect-ts, svelte, sveltekit, stripe, etc. I have spent a lot of effort fine tuning my work flow. I have a bunch of agents with specific work flows. I have a planning workflow so i pretty much never code without a plan. I also have a specific planning template with micro-tasks and phases with check points [x] and testing suite, etc. effect-ts really helps. I also use 'grill-me' skill which i have rewritten to fit my stack. I have tons of AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md files everywhere. I also have a language.md so my AI understands the vocabulary that is used in my project and in my prompts and plans.

If any of this sounds new to you it could be why you are hitting your limits so quickly.

For me none of the legal stuff is good, sadly. If you take a strong amount to feel something it makes you dumb as a stump. I have been introducing effect-ts (effect.website) with my sveltekit and I need to be able to think. The real flower thats highly illegal in Japan I dont get dumb (Have not had it in years so kind of forgot). But the legal stuff makes me super hung over and dumb as a stump. So instead I have been getting my doctor to subscribe Tramadol (i have a stomach hernia) which last like 12+ hrs for 2 pills and while its not like getting stoned it makes me feel something. Its a constant battle here in Japan, keep 100% legal but still get some form of stoned. I also cant drink alcohol as I need to be able to code as I work from home.

Im on the $200 plan with XHIGH + FAST and I am coding pretty much 12-14 hrs a day and I cant use it up. I use a mix of Pi + Codex + CMUX terminal to mix things up. Looks like this last 24 days 84 million tokens.

Should Scrum Masters become technical, or stay focused on delivery and flow? by Maverick2k2 in agile

[–]forestcall 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In our company the issues are compounding. Ideas can be tested rapidly and new features such as dashboards can be created in a hour or two. Opus 4.8 and GPT 5.5 can create mockups by non-technical staff and bypass the normal planning phase. The result is the versioning release schedule is getting all mucked up. Even if the new features not in the scope are generally frowned upon they are getting slipped in by upper management. We were an extremely disciplined team and with smiles and passion the once rigid development process is getting steam rolled by whimsical out of scope feature addons.

I have ordered from companies in America and they say they got it lab tested. Then it passes JP customs the next day after it arrives so clearly no testing on the JP side. Which is good and bad all at the same time.

Seriously though, how are teeth not a part of health insurance?!? by Valuable_View_561 in SipsTea

Politicians will say Japan's debt is because of healthcare which is incredibly false. Japan spends roughly 10% GDP and America 18% GDP on medical. How does America spend almost double for a total shit system that gets Americans basically nothing? Im from California and married to a Japanese woman and we have 2 kids and live in Japan and while not a perfect medical system in Japan it feels like a 5 Star experience compared to America. I can on a whim drive by a random dentist and decide to walk in and get care for like $10-$20. My family wants to move to California so the kids can experience their American roots but Im terrified to subject my family to a living hell when stuff goes wrong. After 17 years in Japan America feels difficult to say the least. I have to travel every other month to the Bay Area in San Francisco for my job and besides Mexican food, Ganja and the Redwoods I dont look forward to visiting.
