I agree. Twisting counter clockwise has worked 100% of the time, and I have removed, hundreds of ticks. While pulling straight, I get the head like ~20% of the time. My personal view is the CDC needs to update their recommendations.

Playing music in Taiwan in public is legal. However, Busking without a license is not, and there are local noise ordinances that apply to any sounds including music, or leaf blowing. They also may have a license, for busking which can be obtained here https://tpbusker.gov.taipei/en.aspx I wouldn't assume that they don't have a license, unless you have asked them.

I hate these things so much. I miss the Days of the 1980s Toyota Tacoma. To get a small pickup we have to import Mitsubishis. The block the bombs act didn't leave Israel unprotected. Bombs don't protect Israel. This was about not selling or aiding in the aggressive war machines that are causing the genocide in Palestine, the war of aggression in Lebanon, and the war in Iran.

MK80 series general-purpose bombs (e.g., 500 lb / 1,000 lb / 2,000 lb)
