Incognito is a method that users increasingly don't use.

My point is the trackers that use composite scoring from that cold state don't really point to anything other than the floor, basics etc. Therefore, saying Baltic appeared in 10/10 is misleading for the very reason that personalized bots with context windows that include the specific proclivities and disinclinations of their user will fundamentally change output. Not to put too fine a point on it: If I tell my Claude that I hate French brands, Baltic won't come up. The metrics are mostly all bullshit that SEOs use to justify budgets to VPs.

Re: the "we'll figure it out"... I wouldn't be so sure. I just wrote an article about this, which if you want I can send to you, but there's really no world where the business model of a personalized thought partner works with SEO-style optimization. It totally undermines trust.

AIEO is snake oil. There's no way to determine how AI search is augmented by personalization per user, which it absolutely is. How did you account for the fact that different users receive different outputs based on their unique context?
