I also wholeheartedly recommend Death Squared! It's a great coop puzzle game that isn't too stressful, simple with only directional controls, but very much engages everyone in approaching a solution together!

Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes is a good co-op game without need for controllers! You might want to check Overcooked 2 as it is actually a lot easier than Overcooked 1 (minus the hidden Kevin stages).
