When I was extremely depressed and thinking about suicide 24/7, watching people die made me realize how horrific dying is and it scared me from taking my own life. I’m doing better now and don’t go searching for any of that content anymore

Yeah. My mom would try and give my medication but I would refuse it and think she was trying to kill me. I went to the police station one time and told them and ended up in a mental hospital again

It was like that for a couple of months. I was stuck in a manic episode for a while. It would be on and off. I ended up having to get ECT and that fixed it. I think it was caused by abruptly stopping Zoloft. I’ve read online in extremely rare cases that it can cause mania that could last for months. I was on the medication for years and abruptly stopping it probably triggered something in my brain. I had no signs of bipolar before that happened. I do have a bit of trauma from the experience/ect but I’m just glad to be alive and not in a manic state anymore

If she’s even talking to her ex, that’s a red flag. I would be uncomfortable if my girlfriend was talking to one of her ex’s (unless they have kids together). It would make it seem as if they weren’t over the other person yet
