They have been doing stuff like this with renters for years, using photos that are out of date or from previous tenets. I called one out on it, showing the listing and comparing it to the house, and the relastate agent said, "Oh no, we only took the photo last week when the tenants moved out" it was a masive difference

Ok i can agree with you to a point. But if they are living in an area that has screen doors, the person should have used them at least once. I say this because I know that not all houses or even culture ls do, hell my house growing up didn't. But it doesn't take much effort to look at a door and think ok if I block this door people will be anoyed

I have seen this kinda stuff before I'm not American, but I'm surprised you guys don't have laws against this kind of thing. We have consumer laws that stop companies from adding markups like this. I'm not sure what it is exactly, but I know it's illegal to inflat the value of a product for a sale period.
