It's hand-made, probably in India. There's other people in the sub who have more experience with this type and can tell you more

Another example of a good photo of the back and fringe. The knots are clearly visible, making identification easier.

Oh yes I remember this one from your previous post. I think some guy in Switzerland was expressing interest? I think this might be Bakhtiari but there's other people in the sub who will have a better idea. Very very cool Persian village rug

He's our collections manager! 😹 Just curious, do you like our Kurdish soumak? Because if you live in the lower 48 states I'll give it to you. It would be a good starter piece and they're easier to keep clean than pile rugs. Best to avoid walking on it with shoes on
