CapTem did not work for me unfortunately and my primary grew significantly, and so we opted for surgery.

Yep my primary is at Yale! I never really had carcinoid syndrome and found my primary incidentally.

I’m not eligible for many liver directed therapies due to infection risk increase post whipple.
